Terms & Conditions — 18bd

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and 18bd ("Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the 18bd website available at https://18bd.bio and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games and any other gaming products offered through the platform. These Terms apply in their entirety to all users and supersede any prior agreements or representations.

18bd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated by publishing the revised version on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates.

To register and use the 18bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 18bd does not permit persons under 21 to register, access or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Use of the platform on behalf of a third party, corporation or other legal entity is prohibited without prior written consent.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of 18bd, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have had a previous 18bd account that was suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.

18bd reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification. Registration does not guarantee continued access if eligibility conditions are subsequently found not to be met.

All financial transactions on the 18bd platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through the payment methods supported by the platform at the time of the transaction, which currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer via Dutch-Bangla Bank and selected partner banks. 18bd does not accept payment in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player accounts.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of request. 18bd processes withdrawal requests in the order they are received. Where additional KYC verification is required before a withdrawal can be processed, 18bd will notify the player and request the necessary documentation. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all outstanding verification requirements have been satisfied.

All bets placed on the 18bd platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game type. These rules are published within the platform and form part of these Terms by reference. By placing a bet or joining a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall take precedence in relation to that game or bet.

18bd reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it determines that a technical error, data feed failure, pricing error or other system malfunction has occurred that materially affected the outcome or the odds presented to the player. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account. Where a bet has already been settled and paid, 18bd may reclaim the incorrectly paid amount from the player's account balance or from future winnings.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Players may not cancel, amend or reverse a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except where a specific cash-out feature is available for that market and the player elects to use it within the terms of that feature.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per game type. These limits are displayed within the platform and may be updated at any time. 18bd will not be liable to pay winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit, regardless of the odds accepted at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round, the platform's records shall be the primary source of reference. Where a discrepancy exists between the records displayed on a player's device and the platform's server-side records, the server-side records will prevail.

18bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes player welfare seriously. The platform provides tools including self-exclusion, deposit limits and account time-outs that players may activate at any time by contacting customer support. Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others are strongly encouraged to make use of these tools without delay. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 18bd's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 18bd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence or any other legal theory, even if 18bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

18bd does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 18bd will use reasonable endeavours to maintain platform availability, particularly during major sporting events, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
